I met Daniel Galligan years ago in the late 1990s through an organization named “Support Milwaukee Business.” Dan and I struck up a friendship and working relationship that has been on-going for many years. We ended up selling the company in parts to two different buyers, and Dan was instrumental in assisting and closing both of those separate transactions. These buyers are multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies, yet at no time did I feel underrepresented by Dan or Mayer Galligan Law, LLC.
Recently, Todd’s company was purchased by healthcare industry giant, Baxter in a multi-million dollar deal.
He knows his stuff, and gets the job done. On the personal side, Dan introduced me to his law partner, Steve Mayer, who assisted my family in preparing our estate plan. While no one finds joy in this process, Steve made it quite painless! Because Steve and Dan work so closely together, we were able to formulate a plan that took into account the recent business sales. I don’t believe that I would have accomplished that personal touch if I had been working with a large, compartmentalized law firm.
